About Me.
I was once in your shoes. I was 40 pounds overweight, exhausted, and not sure where to turn. After a panic attack on my way to work, I decided I needed to take control of my health and wellness. I discovered that in order to sustain the food and exercise choices I was making, I would have to replace my bad habits with new healthy ones. That's exactly what I did - I lost my 40 pounds, and have never gained a pound back! Now, as a certified health coach, I teach people how they can do the same thing.

That's why I created the 12-Week Habit Change Wellness course and wrote the 'Midlife Total Transformation Manual'. I poured everything I learned into these resources, and I enjoy nothing more than seeing my clients make the healthy transformation they are seeking.
